The credit card you provide today will be billed the Member's Only price of $39.95 plus $4.95 shipping and handling for a total of $44.94 when each new monthly supply ships. Return Guidelines
Before returning anything by mail or carrier, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"). An RMA can only be obtained by contacting one of our customer care representatives either via email at customerservice@allshopdistro.com or phone at 561-342-1380. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. An RMA is valid for 5 days from the date given, and the returned product must be received by us within 5 days of the issuance of the RMA. Package must be sent to the Return Address indicated below.

Please Note:

  • We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."

  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product less a 15% restocking fee.

  • The item must be returned, unused, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.

  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items be sent properly insured and using some type of delivery confirmation.

  • After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 5-7 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
